Kevin Smith was phenomenal! He has an incredible knowledge of cars in general, but especially about your product line. He could answer all of my questions in detail yet, in [quote]common terms[quote] even I could understand. He also addressed any concerns I might have had about the vehicle with honesty and without high pressure techniques. I was really looking at and comparing the RAV4 with the Honda CRV and spent time looking at both at several dealerships. With Kevin's knowledge and enthusiasm about the RAV4, it made it easy for me to make my decision. I can truly say I bought your vehicle because of him. He also contacted me soon after my purchase to be certain I was satisfied and to let me know that he was always available if I had any questions. I appreciated that and I think I am going to love this car.
