Earned Commission Compensation Program

Element 1:  Based on closed sales that he or she completes in a given month (retroactive).

                   0 - 4½ Units pay $200.00 flat

                   5 - 7½ Units pay $250.00 flat

                   8 - 10½ Units pay $300.00 flat

                   11 - 13½ Units pay $350.00 flat

                   14-16½ Units pay $400.00 flat

                   17 or more Units pay $500.00 flat

Any sales associate that does not close a minimum of 15 sales in any rolling 3 month period will be subject to disciplinary actions up to and including termination.

Element 2:  CSI - $50.00 paid for each Green Survey Received by SET

                              $50.00 DEDUCTED for each Yellow or Red Survey Received by SET

Failure to be above SET Regional average could result in disciplinary actions up to termination of employment.

Element 3:  Tenure Bonus (a per unit bonus-paid monthly)

                    1-2 years $10.00

                    2-3 years $20.00

                    3-4 years $30.00

                    4-5 years $40.00

                    5 years or more $50.00

Element 4:  Bonus and Incentives

                    When the sales associate has a verified ?Bird Dog?, the salesperson will pay 50% of the payment not to exceed $50.00.

                    From time to time, the dealership may have special bonuses and/or incentives for the sales associate which are established by the General Manager at his discretion.  The sales associate must be employed on the 15th of the following month to qualify for any bonus payments.
